About the Author
PENELOPE QUEST is a highly respected Reiki author and trainer. She has been teaching Reiki since 1994 and has been a consultant on Reiki to both the Open University and the NHS. She was on the Education and Accreditation Committee of the Reiki Regulatory Working Group responsible for producing an acceptable core curriculum for Reiki Practitioner training. Her previous books include Reiki for Life, The Reiki Manual, The Basics of Reiki, and Living the Reiki Way.

Wonderful Resource!

I am new to Reiki, having a million and one questions about the healing energy and how to use it. My main focus is helping animals with Reiki, but this book is a wonderful resource, filled with information that helps you understand Reiki, understand the attunements, and gives you lots of information about practicing Reiki. I enjoyed the additional uses information, such as giving Reiki to your plants, trees, appliances, and lots of other things. I plan on trying some of these additional uses along with practicing Reiki on myself and family and friends. If you are looking for a great resource, then get this book! You will not be disappointed.

I'm a Reiki master/practitioner/teacher and really love this book. Loads of information that helps me become a better practitioner. It's my Reiki tip book! And I keep it next to my bed for a quick reminder of all things Reiki before I fall asleep.

Excellent new information on Reiki. Explaining It's Beginning and usage in other countries. In the 90's it had gotten convoluted, to many teachers going out doing their own thing. This book brings back the basic principles, along with an in debt explanation of how energy works.
