Excellent exercises!

I noticed the effects of these simple (?) exercises almost immediately, love them and will continue to do them. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because of the low quality of the actual writing of the material. I was sometimes unable to follow the meaning of the author, seemed unclear at times, but was able to figure these issues out by reading between the lines(I hope). That said, the exercises themselves are definitely worth overlooking these things. I highly recommend to everyone!
